Good Morning Vietnam!!! not really… Back to yesterdays activities :D ARRR me bestie and I boarded a vessel and set for uncharted waters (yeah I went pirate, what of it :p) Anyway I picked up my friend from her new place she’s staying. And I have come up with a thorough description of where it is … in the lush forest, in between some mountains, very tranquil but hell to find. Hard to find cause 1. It gets rural very quickly and it creeped me out. 2. Rural also meant small arse roads that are incredibly (suddenly) very steep and a lot of blind corners and 3. People around that area really like to rip road signs off the posts, so many a time I went flying (…driving at the speed limit *cough*) past the road thinking it was a drive-way… Yeah that’s right people think it’s a great idea for their drive-way to look like a road.. irritating. And there was cattle on the roads … SHEEP ON THE TRACK!!… (watch roosterteeth’s lets play minecraft part2 - good stuff) Anyway…
I drove her into the city.. of …(don’t know if I should say the city… meh why not) CITY OF BRISBANE!! Chyeah boi!! … not actually that excited about it, it’s alright as a city.
But yeah she had an appointment concerning her health (that I won’t disclose) and naturally being asian I got lost, mainly cause I forgot the existence of one-way roads and following Murphy’s Law I chose a route that involved moving against traffic, so I did loops around the city until we finally found it…. (thank you google maps) And it was raining -_- but yeah we were running a tad bit late so I dropped her off and then found a car park 20 metres down the road… that was silly, cause I had the umbrella. But I then trekked it to the building and it turns out the 2 elevators in the building were screwing up, so only one lift was operating but it stopped at every floor on the way down. So I took the stairs to the 7th FLOOR!! I got my 30 minutes haha it wasn’t that hard. But I got to the office… this is a very long story… Reason 1 to start an audio or video podcast.. it’s at a planning stage.. Story’s are just take less effort spoken than written…
Long story short, I was a little kid in the waiting room, embarrassing my friend thorough (what I do best) Then I proceeded to leave my umbrella in the waiting room which meant coming back up, such a pain.
After that we went to Westfield Chermside and had a most delicious lunch while being deafened by the winner of the the voice, who was singing there ruining Elvis - Hounddog. I cried on the inside. We met up with a friend who was working there and bought more games :D not board games, electronic(?) games. And And most excitedly me best friend (I want to say her name just cause using pronouns it getting annoying and probably hard to follow… maybe later…) she had got me a Sabertooth Tiger’s Skull :D best present ever!! Unfortunately we went back to her place and I left it there :( but I still got it :D She’s pretty cool, and not to mention babin’ and single.. fellas line up :p
But yeah we did stuff to explicit to post :O… slept on couches patting puppies, then watched Avatar the Last Airbender (not the stupid gay movie).
Good possibly Grand Day.
Now today.. I ran on the treadmill for 20 mins woohoo, gonna do it again in the afternoon, but I have come up with a system to push myself further during the run. I will increase my speed every 2 minutes, starting from 6km/h, up according to the Fibonacci sequence where 1=0.1km/h. I’m going to start at 6mins in, and go until I can’t handle it and drop it by 1km/h increments.
That’s my plan.. oh and 200 pushups.. sometime today..
…yeah tha…… OMG I nearly forgot to mention I get to see my girlfriend tonight :)
Well that ended on a positive note. Have a good day y’all (I immediately regret writing that).
Redo - Have a good day, be a kid again and enjoy the little things. And jump in a puddle, always jump in puddles.
